      <title>Can't Make Payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to make a payment on a different card (auto pay card cancelled due to lost wallet). &amp;nbsp;The system rejects my payment, sometimes citing "wrong date format", other times just stating that there is a problem with not suggestion for a solution. &amp;nbsp;I have tried various paths to get to the page where I try to enter the new card number including both a one time payment and changing my auto pay card number. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas as to how to make a payment. &amp;nbsp;It is due today and I am told my account is suspended.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
