You must contact customer support yourself. Did you remove autopay but you are still registered? Did you port out? The new self serve account design has made it impossible to remove your credit card without the help of an agent....unacceptable of course....but nonetheless you must contact customer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="Click here" href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Click here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A title="Click here" href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Get-Support-Contact-Customer-Support/m-p/821771/highlight/true#M550981" target="_self"&gt;Click here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ....for additional member supplied info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
