      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife and I both have Public Mobile service.&amp;nbsp; Ever since the Rogers network outage, our phones barely work.&amp;nbsp; Incoming calls never make it.&amp;nbsp; Callers get our voice mail and we do not receive their message sometimes for 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; Texts are also highly delayed.&amp;nbsp; One took 2 days before I got it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was Public Mobile affected by the Rogers outage?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not wish to pay for a service that I cannot use!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Harry &amp;amp; Kathy Schattmann&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know if Rogers' outage affected ALL their services but my impression was it impacted Internet only?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be some Telus outage goes on in your area. I did not experienced any issue with PM service, GTA area...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact agent for further assistance as outage map might not be up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/nt/outages?linktype=ge-footer" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/nt/outages?linktype=ge-footer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
