I need help changing my plan. Money deducted. i dont want to use the old plan. I need a fix for this asap. Phone curently blocked

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'll be glad to help you with your plan modification request.

In order to look into your account, you need to provide the current Public Mobile account, phone number and PIN number for security reason. Otherwise, you can provide 3 elements of the following information: Date of Birth, Address with Postal Code, Home or business contact number, Commonly called numbers or text messages (SMS), Last top-up amount and the date, Last booster purchased and the date, SIM card number or Email address.
