      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/243795"&gt;@Geethike&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you reply YES to a text from rogers to approve the porting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No need to open ticket wirh CS Agent, just call the porting&amp;nbsp; support group , I think&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68094"&gt;@RossN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;already sent you the number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Call and ask them to retrigger the text&lt;/P&gt;</description>
