      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan usage shows a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1024.00 MB used&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but it just renewed July 15. Who can take a look ar it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51308"&gt;@Saucisse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;were you checking those usage for &lt;STRONG&gt;Plan Usage&lt;/STRONG&gt; or&lt;STRONG&gt; Add-on Usage&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those on &lt;STRONG&gt;Plan usage&lt;/STRONG&gt; would be your regular monthly usage, not those on Add-on Usage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Add-on Usage are for the bonus add-on and the extra add-on you purchased)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide a screenshot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you confirmed you checked the right one, open ticket with CS agent for help:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. The response time will be slower without a trouble ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;BTW, there 9 Agents online at the moment.&amp;nbsp; You will get a response within a few hours.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your phone be accidently used more data as usual.&amp;nbsp; What is your usage history showing how much data you were using for the last couple of days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
