      <title>Exceeded login attempts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to log in to update my billing information as it changed, but exceeded my log in attempts. Do I just have to wait an hour or so and try again or is there support that I have to contact in order to log in again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you should wait at least 1h before attempting to log in again. Maybe you should try different browser and type credential accurately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ticket is related to MyAccount and they admitted that it's their end. Lots of people here have the issue, it also includes AutoPay for some people. They're on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
