I bought 4 GB of data in July 6th as add on. It shows the charge on my cc. PM advised me today that I had used all my data but I don’t see the 4GB usage. Can you verify that I used it or that it wasn’t credited to my account. Thanks Marilyn

If your CC was charged, just refresh (circle arrow on the top left) your browser or logout then log back in.

It should show on your account.

Remember that Add-on is a 2 step process, add the amount in your account then make your add-on purchase.

You had paid (and maybe bought) them before the new system. But now, what balance do you have in your account? The new system has a nice feature now that I quite like of showing all add-ons that you've had on the account, even used ones. What do you see there now?

Thanks for your prompt reply. We are travelling across Canada and using our maps app quite a lot. But 4GM is quite a lot of data. Is there anyway to know how much data I’ve used in this billing cycle?

I had read that there is a way to use google maps without data. Perhaps some one here knows.

How about buying a second hand Garmin on Craigslist for 50 bucks or less.

I have a bracket thingy on the heater a/c vent to mount it on.

Mine is quite old and still gets updates. If you want the model # let me know. They are getting cheap as more cars are coming with GPS built in.

Amount of data used or left shows in My Account, add ons.

HI @Marilyn4 If you are on Android, yes, you can easily trace back and confirm which app used the data and how much

The red circle was an add-on I bought a couple years ago and long since used up. The partial red-circle I guess is letting me know that the add-on is getting down.

So what is in your balance? Or check in your payment history for the two transactions per item. One adding money and the other showing the purchased item.

@dust2dust so, now the used add-on will be showing in My Account. I wonder how long they will stay showing? What if those who bought and used up many add-ons? They will all show up there? wouldn't it be a long long page?
