      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 4 phone numbers that I manage for my immediate family members. One number I wanted to change to 4G 6GB 45$ plan at renewal date which is today. I was charged and credited 5$ which is the difference from the previous account plan and credited but remain on 3G 5GB service. Was hoping to speak with someone about this but am unable to submit a ticket. Tks for help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I put in the request to change to the 45$ plan on my renewal date which is today and it didn’t switch plans. It charged me for the new plan and kept me on the 40$ plan and credited my account 5$.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
