      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account was suspended today due to CC not working. &amp;nbsp;I have tried over 30 times to enter a different card and each time it says 'oops something went wrong please try again later' OR it says the format for the expiry is wrong- which it isn't. &amp;nbsp;I am just trying to make a payment and change my card!!! &amp;nbsp;Help please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This gives you time to sort out the card issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
