      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that many people are having this issue... essentially, my auto-pay did not go through and when I go to change credit cards I am hit with the following error: "&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My mom is also with Public Mobile and experiencing this issue. I have tried using two of her credit cards and one of mine. All have failed. It appears to be an issue on Public Mobile's end but it seems they have failed to&amp;nbsp;acknowledge it at this point. Before switching to another company... I was wondering if I can buy a payment voucher&amp;nbsp;until this mess gets sorted. I live in St. John's, Newfoundland and I am unsure where I can find one here. Does anyone know where I can find one where I am located or if I am able to buy one online and have the code emailed to me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I had tried using google chrome as well instead of Safari and neither of them worked. I ended up purchasing a payment voucher via recharge.com to reactivate my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
