      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Public Mobile SIM card I last used in February/March 2022. I cancelled the service when I moved away. I'm back visiting and would like to start service again. I don't need to have the same number again, I just want to start up a new account. When I try to activate service I'm told to "&lt;SPAN&gt;Please enter a valid SIM number."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is it not possible to reuse SIM cards?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Call 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone #. If you're told they cant find your phone # then the sim is toast. If it tells you your last day is tomorrow to top up then go get a voucher and call 611 from your phone or the above # again to load your pm voucher to reactivate your service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you cannot reuse SIM card once account is cancelled and service discontinued.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
