New 4g plan promo code

Hi there,

I’m looking to change my plan to a 4g one and I understand all my old add ons etc will stay the same, however when I type in the new promo code on the checkout page ‘4GPLANBONUS’ it says it’s invalid. Any one else have this trouble?

Unfortunately, this promo is for new customers and not for existing customers.
