    <description>&lt;P&gt;It is to renew today, we have never had this problem in over 2 years so it weird. I can seem to get off the payment page. I may have to try my laptop instead of my phone to log onto it and see what I can see. Thank you for the help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have auto pay for all my account. My daughter received a message saying the funds were not available but they didn’t even try to take the money out of my account. There is money there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;now she can not use her phone. She has no data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please fix this problem so she can use her phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I though she may have gone over but she never has before.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I have finally got onto her account and it’s suspended as I forgot I changed debit cards as mine was going to expire.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;But now when I go to put my new card on and pay her balance it says oops something went wrong try again later. I have tried 2 different cards as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you know if I have to wait till after a certain time of day to be able to make the payment for it to go through?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I will keep trying throughout the day today and hopefully it will take the payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
