Load fund&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. actual buying of the addon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you likely just loaded the fund and didn't do step 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the money just sitting as Available Fund, then you didn't buy it.&amp;nbsp; Yes , go back and buy the addon.&amp;nbsp; PM will use the money from Available fund and wont charge you again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once bought, reboot the phone once, and manually connect to T-Mobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you log in to your account you land on the main overview page showing pretty much everything about your services. The account status like Active. Plan Usage. Available Funds. Add-on Usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lower down in the middle you'll see Available Funds. To the right you'll see all your add-ons and features. Under Available Funds you'll see the link to your payment history. That would show you what you bought to verify. It will also show the payment you added. But that's not what you bought, just that you added money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To the right, if you bought the add-on, it should show there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing to try with the T-Mobile connection and to also test the talk feature is to set the phone to 2G-only. Then back to what it was to see if talk still works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
