    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just changed my plan from 3G to 4g but I noticed i only have the cellular option of lte and 3g on my phone. &amp;nbsp;Will this update once the new &amp;nbsp;plan goes into effect or do I need a new sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;LTE is 4G. It's labeled differently depending on what phone you have but they're the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So yeah, like the others said, wait for the change to take effect and check your connection type.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/82568"&gt;@carowich27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, oracles confirmed that the new plan will take 24 to 48 hours to start.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be ok to just leave your phone to Automatic (some phones shows LTE/3G/2G), the phone will choose the LTE and connect at the best speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to reboot the phone every couple hours and check if the new speed arrived&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your network wont change. We already use the 4g/LTE network, but our speed is throttled. All this plan should do is remove the throttle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Telus bought Public Mobile at time when most of those SIM cards swaps had already been completed by customers at the other carriers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
