      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have another phone. And I've been charged for two phones for about two years! Right up until Dec of last year. Now I'm only being charged for one phone, but now my phone is locked again and I have enough money in my account, and I'm paid up to date! I hate Public and am going for a new plan today! Screw this crap!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
