I bought prepaid phone at walmart and had salesperson sign it up for me ( I had no idea how - and appreciated his help). However this was in 2019 and chap no longer works there.

He used either his or a generic email address to hook it up and now PM is asking me for that email and his password which I dont have, so am locked out of my phone.

What to do?
