      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have a spare sim card from public mobile, I tried to register a new account. it won't let me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how come???&amp;nbsp; i tried few credit cards, none working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/223710"&gt;@christinemimu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if any problem with the credit card system, but there have been some complain about activation with credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, the portal accepted your SIM but not your credit card after?&amp;nbsp; You tried a different one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, try once more with a different browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still fails, I think will need to wait till tomorrow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

OR, can you try the SIM into a phone and see if you have services?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
