      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried adding a payment card since the website has changed and everytime it tells me “oops!       <description>&lt;P&gt;That used to happen before. You would have thought it would have been fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had that error happen too .....and the payment went through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So b&lt;SPAN&gt;efore you do as others have suggested, check your balance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/243417"&gt;@441_&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a known issue with the payment system, but supposedly it was cleared up earlier this morning.&amp;nbsp; As mentioned, first check to make sure that you were not billed already.&amp;nbsp; Try again, but maybe with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Or a different device.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues, let the community know.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
