      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set up an account for my son a few years ago as he was under 12. I had it set to autopay, so never needed to access it. I don’t know which email address I used to set it up… help! We’re going on vacation today and would like to add a US roaming plan on for him&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do not know email used for account, contact agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
