How can i pay my daughters account with my credit card . Is that possible?

@gbranscombe yes you just go into her self serveaccount in pament and either make a one time payment or register for autopay

The problem is the system ( yesterday) Would not allow me to use my card to activate her Sim.

@gbranscombe Yes, you might

You can easily register the credit card on the system.

Just login to My Account, go to the Payment page, add a credit card there.

You can then either make a one time payment whenever you want, or enable Pre-Authorized payments and PM will take money out of the credit card at the beginning of every new cycle

@Ebranscombe .. and were you using Visa or Master? Try again today and if it has issue again, try with a different cards if you have multiple

I will try again today .I used 3 different cards master visa and amex ..lol . The Bot wasnt even working yesterday to troubleshoot !!

@gbranscombe usally it is very straight forward but I fear with all there wonderful upgrades the last 2 days that they are having a mini rogers meltdown lol

LOL!! agreed . It took me 5 minutes to activate myself and my wives acccount .I cant even add credit card to my daughters account as she only has community access and you need to be activated to access account to change credit cards . I will try again today .Sheesh .
