The extra payment will remain as credit in your account so it will pay for your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can contact a CS_Agent and ask for a refund but it will take up to 30 days (next month's bill renewal) to process so it is better to leave it as credit for your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CS_Agent are available from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST if you still want a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i paid my bill it said opse something went wrong and funds were not added to my account so i hit pay again it said the same thing i go to my bank and it says i have been charged 2x and it still says i have 0 funds i need one of my payments back i do not no what to do about this the simon bot is usless please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
