      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been using the same credit card for years and always using Autopay. &amp;nbsp; Today I got a text saying my payment is due July 16 and there are insufficient funds in your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked and my usual credit card is still in your system and shows as active. &amp;nbsp;However, I tried to re install it and got a message, unable to process you payment at this time. &amp;nbsp; Tried another credit card and got the same answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I to do if I cannot get the credit card in the system before tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;Leaving on holidays and really need for my phone to be in operation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nadia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you do try opening a tab in incognito mode to enter it, and ensure you are registered for autopay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact the&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile&amp;nbsp;Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are&amp;nbsp;two&amp;nbsp;methods&amp;nbsp;to reach them found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or is there still one on file? As long as you are on autopay you will be fine. If you want extra assurance and it wont process a payment purchase a pm voucher and add it via 611 on your phone. That will guarantee renewal. And the ultimate insult is the 2 step authentication?????? ..........and why dredge up the free data/voice bonuses from Dec. 2020 and Dec. 2021 that may have been used up for many months now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
