      <description>&lt;P&gt;I asked the same question on Chat and Rep was useless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He said I had to send my Question to Support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it's still there, Unlimited Incoming Calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And that it's a System Glitch on the New Website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

At this point if I did go to Chat...I am not looking for a phone setting but have a real issue. So far no issues I have had, &amp;nbsp;have been a loss of service. So I use the direct link to a CSA and wait it out. It has always worked well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
