Pretty sure it's correct, it was saved by google AND it matches the one I have written down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I tried to change it. Public mobile wont send me a text or email with the verification code, so I'm locked out. Odd that neither text nor email will work. Are you guys having trouble at your end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try different browser?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should not rush to change password particularly if you are 100% you use correct one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again with different browser and if still does not work you will have to contact agent &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't but it's the same browser I always use and it's up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already submitted a ticket and interestingly enough the verification text for that process worked&lt;/P&gt;</description>
