Hi I've purchased roaming to use in the US for today, but it is not working.

can someone please help

Can you connect to T-Mobile? If you bought a talk feature then maybe even set the phone to 2G only. Data and texting should still work with either T-Mobile or AT&T.

For rhe ability ro make and receive phone calls, please attempt to only uae the T-Mobile network.

~~Loading the 10 Day US Roaming add-ons are a 2 step process. Load $$ in to your Available Funds...then actaully buy your desired add-on~~. Make sure you select the correct one....the add-ons only work whilst in US.

Manually select either of AT&T or T-Moble..whichever works best where you are.

They've retired alot of the 3G service in US...so talk might be an issue.

@hairbag1- I think the new system is one step now. I started in writing the same thing and stopped. 🙂

Adding - or at least a cart system and then you pay.
