      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently received a new credit card number and I am trying to change my pre-authorized payment details. The website is not processing them - it keeps saying "Oops. Something went wrong. Try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also tried to just make a payment on my account as the payment is due, but I get the same message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what I should do so that you will accept my money!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Safari browser (normal and private window) did not work. I was able to change payment information using Chrome Incognito.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
