      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you tried many times, you've likely locked out your card from being used at Public Mobile. You'll need to discuss this with a CSA.&amp;nbsp; Please open a ticket using the chatbot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/164388"&gt;@Saber&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Generally, you just need to login to My Account and add the card from the Payment page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you tried multiple times and failed, it is possible a fraud lock is triggered on PM side .&amp;nbsp; Please open a ticket with PM Support to have them check and assist add the card into your account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/164388"&gt;@Saber&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that you have to contact customer support you can get them to add your card to the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For future reference....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow this method when making a manual payment/adding a card to the account....only use the emboldened portion of the instructions if the payment card is already on file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reboot your device.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear your browser, use secret/incognito mode in firefox, chrome or safari.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Choose replace card rather than remove card.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Copy your address from your billing statement.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add your apt/unit/suite # to the street address. ie. 101-123 1ST AVE W, CITY, PROV.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do not put a space in the postal code. X0X0X0 not X0X 0X0.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;USE ALL CAPS if necessary.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do not use autofill. Type everything manually.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you successfully update your card do not attempt your payment immediately. Log out/in then go to make a payment to pay for your renewal. Otherwise if you were not suspended I would recommend a $1 test payment. Follow my further instructions for a successful payment to unsuspend your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do not try more than two attempts at adding a card or payments ( successful or not) or you will continue to get this message. Wait at least 1 hour to try a third time another hour for your 5th try....and so on....and do not make more than 4 unsuccessful tries with the same card in a 24 hour period or you will trigger a fraud alert lock out requiring assistance from customer support.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;If you need to make a payment choose "other amount" add the payment amount, confirm and submit. If your account is suspended it should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Well there is an account I can practice on I just have to access the email to get into the account. My account still has my stolen credit card on it from nearly 3 years ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Admittedly the more difficult part of the process was getting the email 2FA verification code. It took a good 40 seconds to recieve it. So 20 seconds to switch back and enter the code. It didnt accept it so I had to redo the process. I was in on the second try but got kicked out after I got a blank page. Third time lucky? Yes and I immediately went to the profile and disabled the 2FA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easy part was changing the card. Clicked on manage payment. Filled in the card details. Card #, expiry date, CVV and postal code. Hit enter(or did it say save?) and waited.....nothing. I gave it a good 30 seconds and&amp;nbsp; hit enter again. The details went blank then the circle of death appeared for about one rotation and updated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
