    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to log into my account for 2 days now after receiving a text saying that there are insufficient funds. I believe other members have had the same problem. Unable to log in or change password. So frustrating. Anyone able to resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have also been unable to log in over the last few days. At first I was still able to log in to my account just not my rewards. Now the only thing I can log in to is Community. I have submitted a ticket and they say they are working on fixing the problem. At this point, I think all we can do is wait.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
