      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a complete re-do of the self-serve account today. And yes my noscript add-on in firefox detected a cross-site script going to telus. I would usually block those but this is all telus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe you need to look at letting down your guard a little just for here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have stated that My Account is now transferred to Telus.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to access "SELF SERVE"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FOR 2 ACCOUNTS SO THAT i CAN REVIEW MY PHONE USAGE AND MAKE PAYMENTS AND ADD CASH TO THE ACCOUNTS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged in to the Telus Identity with a new password .&amp;nbsp; IT GOES NOWHERE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has resulted in one of the account phones being discontinued today because I could not get into my Self serve account to make a payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;THIS FRUSTRATION HAS CAUSED ME A DISERVICE WITH PUBLIC MOBILE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the new account access method.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the home page (or even many pages) hover over Sign in in the upper right which pops down My Account and My Rewards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="dust2dust_0-1657779739232.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/65724i2C563B119C7466B9/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="dust2dust_0-1657779739232.png" alt="dust2dust_0-1657779739232.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This takes you to the new login screen (which is about the same as the new rewards login method that rolled out a while ago).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here you enter the email address (login id) of the self serve account that you want to access and the matching password for it just like you used to before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="dust2dust_1-1657779874673.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/65725i9455A273FC059815/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="dust2dust_1-1657779874673.png" alt="dust2dust_1-1657779874673.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That will take you to the new account system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not understanding your difficulty with this to be able to help you more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telus also owns Koodo and Public.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
