Local area code is treated as long distance!

Greetings,

I have province wide calling, with 200min long distance add-on, I was calling a local number within the province and my long distance minutes were all used up! My number has a 403 area code and was dialing a 587 area code, which is a local area code within Alberta.

Is there a way to check online our long distance add-on usage in detail (with the numbers).

I also noticed my long distance seemed to be going down fast but wasnt sure ... I may have used it myself BUT would be nice to be able to check what numbers were called etc.
