USA calling not working

My $50 plan allows for Unlimited Talk/Text to Canada and the US. I was in the US yesterday and I could not call anywhere. I tried US and Canadian numbers.

@padowney hi that plan is only for calling to US from Canada

Sorry, but your plan does not include service while you are in the U.S. You can purchase roaming add-ons to use your service.

All services work while connected to the Public network. Roaming add-ons are needed for using services in the states. Or the old $60 plan that included roaming (until it gets forcefully changed by the company)
