I signed up for 2 gig of data for 12 months but only get 1 gig of data plus I used my wife as a referral but she never got any credit for it.

Does your wife sees last 4 digits of your phone on her account? If yes then referral code is correctly applied and crdit should be applied within 72 hours.

She does not see the last 4 digits of my phone number anywhere in her account
