I would like to know why my plan was changed from a 90 Day cycle to a 30 day Cycle without my permission. I would like it changed back to the way it was. I have not agreed to change or to the high rate I will be charged.

@enzalucca Where do you see that it changed to 30 days? Any screenshot would help. Be sure to hide any personal info.

@enzalucca there seems to be a few issues with the new site today it should clear up within a day or two just keep an eye on it

You'll be charged.the correct price. This happens when the website.doesn't faxctor.in old build-your-own plam.voice, text, and data bundle "discounts".
