      <title>Loyalty/Pre-Authorized Rewards Missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My profile is showing $0 for loyalty and pre-authorized rewards.&amp;nbsp; I had $3 per month loyalty and $2 per month pre-authorized.&amp;nbsp; I did not sign up for the new Rewards program offered earlier this year so I could maintain my existing deductions.&amp;nbsp; Were the old rewards not grandfathered, as the email promised they would be?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you login in separately to your rewards page, you should still see the rewards. &amp;nbsp;It was brought up to Public mobile during the beta testing phase that the rewards do not show in your payment profile and bill estimator in the new My Account page. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
