      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your website is down and for the last 3 days I haven't been able to send or receive texts. Calls and wifi and data appear to be working fine but when I send a text it says failed. I have restarted cell, done airplane mode, cleared message cache. Trying to determine if the issue is on my end or yours&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I already cleared the cache and only own one cell. Started a few days ago so trying to determine if its somehow related to Roger's crash. It will send maybe 1 in 5 text attempts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
