likely not as the terms stated that any plan change, you will loss the activation data bonus. But you can open ticket with PM Support to confirm

Good question.

If your base plan has LTE data, the add ons should also be LTE.

If your base plan has 3G data, the add ons will be 3G.

This is exactly how it works with Koodo prepaid. I imagine it's the same here on PM.
