Need more data for one month

Currently, we have the $25 plan with 1 GB total of data. However, for this month, I need the $35 plan for the 3 GB of data. Doing an "add-on" costs far too much compared to the plans.

Is it possible to immediately switch to that $35 plan and after 20-25 days, drop back down to the $25?

@emoccio hi yes can can change now but remember you will loose what you already paid for this cycle, there is no prorating , you can switch back for next renewal if you wish,this can all be done in your self serve account

@emoccio Just to add to what @RossN has already said, once you've confirmed that your plan has changed, then go back into the account (next day or an hour or so later) and schedule your change of plan back to $25 one by selecting Change at Next Renewal option.

Another thing to consider with the 1GB add-on, is that if you don't think you'll actually need all 1GB, any remainder will remain available on your account with no expiry date, and will only be used in future months if your base plan data is ever fully consumed.

Though, if you really do need 3GB of data for the next 30 days, agreed an immediate plan switch to the $35 plan would be cheaper than $30 for 2GB (2x$15) of add-ons.
