    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have lots of experience in this, going back years, and my advice is that if you need invoices, switch carriers now, as Public Mobile has a policy to make it impossible:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is what they are asking me for.&amp;nbsp; The last 4 are new TODAY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to provide:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Your first and last name&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Address for the Account (street, not box)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Phone number&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Account number&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;email on file&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Amount Paid monthly&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sharing Code&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Preferred Language&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;PIN&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Description of your Plan&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The Last number you called or texted&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When was the last time you logged into the self-serve portal&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have any additional services&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How many years have you been with Public Mobile&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you MIGHT get an invoice.&amp;nbsp; However, they add new items to this list every single time you ask.&amp;nbsp; Apparently it is POLICY, "since your invoice contains sensitive information".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently complaining to the CRTC, Social Media, Better Business Bureau and likely going to small claims court over this.&amp;nbsp; It is RIDICULOUS!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Curious what they say to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
