Can't receive/send text

My plan includes unlimited texting. However, I can't receive or send any text. If someone sends me a text, my phone will show that "you were sent one message, but your plan doesn't include texting". Can anyone help me on this?

It looks like your service may be a problem. Have you tried taking your sim out and turning your phone off and putting it on again? You should also look at your self serve and see what it's showing under plan. If this doesn't hello then
