      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Did you rty rebooting phone yet&lt;/STRIKE&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try that or try cycling Airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if anything works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
