      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 accounts with public I recently changed credit card numbers was able to update one account .Cannot update other put in email brings up wrong phone .2 days without service is wearing thin should I switch providers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/242510"&gt;@george11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Not really acceptable that you're without service through no fault of your own.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, PM's website and payment page can be quite glitchy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing browser cache/cookies and using incognito/privacy mode or another browser before another attempt.&amp;nbsp; You can also purchase a voucher available from most retailers/gas stations and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone which gives you time to sort out the issue with adding the card to the second account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also submit a ticket to customer support and ask for assistance if unable to add the card still.&amp;nbsp; Here's a link to chatbot (try first) or private message to CS_Agent:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
