      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I changed sim card successfully and received email verification code and another email afterwards confirming sim was changed. But looks like sim was not provisioned correctly, and no working yet. Help me please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/242535"&gt;@Linaal-nazzal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What error does it show?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have another phone?&amp;nbsp; you can try to put the sim in another phone.&amp;nbsp; That can force a provision of the sim/account account and you could fix it yourself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even without another phone, try to reseat the sim card first (power off the phone, remove the sim for a minute before putting it back and power on)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, if none of that works, open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
