Yesterday I was able to get on the chatline. We spent about an hour during which the agent tried everything within his/her capability. Nothing worked. They even reset my usage to zero. Still the "no minutes" message. Then the chat-er initiated a trouble ticket with the tech department. (I thought I was dealing with them online.) Guess what, they are going to contact me by phone!. Still nothing heard from them, and, no service. This is all pretty shabby.

Yesterday it worked. Today, when trying to make or receive a call, I get the message "You have used up all your minutes....."

This is wrong because my usage report shows only 17 of 100 minutes used, and only a small amount of my data (about 20%) These figures are about right.

I have turned the phone on and off, with no change.

Simon is useless

Help, please

Resolution!

I got switched through 3 CSA's, none of whom passed on the info to the next, all saying that they were following the trouble ticket at tech support. I have no idea why they can't communicate with them directly. Without being advised, my phone started working normally. I have no idea who or what made it happen. What a PIA! Anyway, consider this thread closed.

Thanks to everyone who chipped in on this issue.

Ganguy
