      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/240138"&gt;@Ron87&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you activated your new SIM before putting the SIM in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like your phone is not reading the SIM. It could be the SIM tray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try powering down the phone, reseat the SIM, wait 2 minutes then power on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
