      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/242456"&gt;@Roseloki&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a common mistake by new members by clicking twice for payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The second payment will remain in your account as a credit and will apply to your next month's bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want a refund, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be warned that it will take up to 30 days to process your refund request (time for August payment) so it would be easier to leave it as a credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
