Unused one time data bonus

Hi there,

Under my add on list i see a one time 2gb data bonus that i never used. Can I still use it? When will it come into effect? is it after I use up my current (1gb) data in my plan? which I almost used up for this cycle. I do not want any overages/additional charges. Please advise if i can still use this 2gb bonus.

@MythPM best thing for PM is that it is no surprise billing here. There is absolutely not surprise additional charge unless you pay to buy add-on yourself

Your 2GB data bonus was from Christmas bonus last Dec? It has no expiry. It will kick in automatically whenever your regular monthly (technically 30 days cycle) data are all used up. When you still using the 2GB, if not fully used , it will roll over to next month until all used up

Yup. that was the Dec 2021 bonus.

It will kick in automatically. And no worry about paying extra.

Once you used up your regular monthly data, it will start eating away at your one time data bonus.

Unused data bonus will roll over to following month and will stay in your account once it is completely used up.

sorry i don't know how to find my way around here, i am new. i recently ran out of data for first time but all my bonus data isn't working. so i have to use my wifi at home how do i access it.

@JolandaMorrison Do you actually still see the bonus data available in your account's overview page under My Data/Add-ons?

Try rebooting and make sure data is enabled on the phone.
