As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239007"&gt;@MrSpock&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;noted, it sounds like the phone is locked by another carrier other than Telus, Koodo or PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of your phone so we can help you check your setting to find out the carrier you need to contact to unlock your phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
