What shows under your my data & add-ons on your account? Maybe you used it all. Has it ever worked here?

you meant he has 1GB bonus data and you don't ?

Or you meant he has 1GB regular "monthly" data and you have less? Any chance you don't have Autopay enabled and you only have 500 MB?

If you have the same exact same plan and you don’t see it in your account under My Data & Add-ons then you used up all your data.
